Firm Overview
At Aurum Architectura, we believe great architecture should be functional, visually compelling, and—most importantly—buildable.
Based in Milwaukee, our practice provides full-service design for residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on creating well-coordinated documentation that simplifies the construction process for our clients. What began as a design studio in 2016 has evolved into a fully licensed practice focused on delivering thoughtful, timely, and expertly executed architectural solutions.

About Us
Raúl Arteaga founded Aurum Architectura to unite creative design with practical execution. He is a licensed architect in Wisconsin with over a decade of experience in the Milwaukee architectural community, where he has developed deep expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
His perspective is shaped by a comprehensive career path—beginning with the technical rigor of drafting and progressing to the role of Project Architect for an established Milwaukee firm. Through this progression, he oversees the entire building lifecycle, from initial concepts through construction administration, grounding each design in practical constraints and the realities of the permitting process.
